It is better to enjoy the natural good produced by hard work rather than the chemically modified food that could not help one not even a bit in improving their own health and well being. It is true that almost everyone these days does not have the time for a well cooked meal.

Another factor regarding a fully cooked meal, is that it taste way better than the instant food or processed goods. For two reasons, first since you are the one making it you can shape the recipe to fit your own preference. Second is that everything that you put effort in always taste better than something you quickly placed in the microwave.

This is big reason enough to invest more on a healthy lifestyle and a big factor in that is the food that one eats on a daily basis. It may come with a price, but when you think about all the positive impact that it brings in ones life, you would surely believe that it is worth it. Not only can you function fully but also, you get to live free sicknesses and illnesses.
